FC-Series ID receives Homeland Security Award

The 2016 Homeland Security Awards, sponsored by Government Security News, has honored the FLIR FC-Series ID thermal security camera with a Platinum Award as the Best Thermal Infrared Camera System.The awards "recognize the most innovative, important technologies and strategies by U.S. and International IT and Cybersecurity companies, Physical Security companies and Federal, State, County and Municipal Government Agencies." The FLIR FC-Series ID combines best-in-class thermal image detail with edge analytics in a single device. The FC-Series ID can also classify human and vehicle intrusions, reducing false alarms and potentially replacing multiple visible-light cameras and reduce the total cost of ownership.
