The FLIR Remote app doesn't seem to work with my ThermaCAM B2. Why is this?

Older camera systems such as:

- ThermaCAM E4, E25, E45 and E65

- ThermaCAM P10, P20, P40, P60

- ThermaCAM P45 and P65

- InfraCAM

- FLIR ix and ixx series

are not supported by the new FLIR Remote app.
