Why does FLIR T440 or T640 camera streaming in FLIR Tools or FLIR ResearchIR reduce to 1 fps or 15 fps (frame per second)?

This can be due to the fact that the camera is in DC, PiP, Fusion or MSX mode when the it was connected to the PC.

To resolve this problem, follow this procedure:

1.     Disconnect the camera in FLIR Tools / FLIR ResearchIR.
2.     Remove the USB cable connected to the PC.
3.     Change the mode in the camera to IR.
4.     Connect the camera to FLIR Tools / FLIR ResearchIR.

You should be able to achieve 30 Hz (30 fps).
